A family business teaching the next round of Texas drivers.

I started TK Driving School in November 2023 for a pretty simple reason. I’d watched too many schools rush kids through the paperwork, hand them a certificate, and call it a day. That doesn’t teach anyone to actually drive.

So we built the school I’d want for my own family. Classes run on real back-and-forth: videos, quizzes, and questions answered until they land, not a slideshow you click through by yourself. When it’s time to get behind the wheel, you’re in a clearly marked car with a second brake, on the same Mesquite and Garland streets you’ll be driving for real.

Most of my students just call me Ms. T. I learn your name, I figure out where you get nervous, and I’m there from your first class through the day you pass your road test. We’re family-owned and women-owned, and I take it personally when one of our drivers walks out ready instead of just licensed.
